Sego Lily Elementary School PTA Standing Rules:

1. Red Ribbon Week activities should always include an Educational Assembly
2. The Carnival should continue as the traditional fundraiser
3. Take Home Library should continue in some form
4. Each budgeted category, if exceeding 10%, must be approved by 2/3
