Red Ribbon Week is Coming!

The annual Red Ribbon Week festivities will be making an appearance at Sego Lily again this year!It will be held Tuesday, October 20 - Saturday, October 24. The theme is:

"You and Me, We're Drug Free!"

The week will be full of fun activities encouraging a healthy lifestyle and staying drug free. There will be a fun assembly, too! We'll have a Jump Rope assembly on Friday to remind us how great it is to be active, healthy, and drug free! The annual Family Fun 5k will be held on Saturday, October 24.

See the list of activities below:

  • Tuesday, October 20 - "I have too much character to do drugs!" Wear a T-shirt with your favorite princess, superhero, or cartoon character on it.
  • Wednesday, October 21 - "You'd have to be crazy to do drugs!" Wear your best crazy hair to school.
  • Thursday, October 22 - "You won't see me doing drugs!" Wear camouflage to school.
  • Friday, October 23 - "I've got too much spirit to do drugs!" Show your school spirit by wearing your Sego Lily shirt or a T-shirt with your favorite college or university.
  • Saturday, October 24 - Our annual free Family 5k Run/Walk! Registration begins at 8:30am with the 5k Run/Walk starting at 9:00am.
